A great value, quirky and cheerful cosy nest of your own to retreat to when exploring the local nature, countryside and coast or as a convenient stopover when visiting Exeter or Cornwall. The caravan sits in my beautiful garden close to Haldon Forest, the Exe Estuary and the South Devon Coast of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Luxury shepherds hut, en-suite shower room & wood burner, set in an orchard. We run a licensed riding school, Red Park Equestrian Centre, & have many friendly horses & ponies. A fully self contained unit, well equipped - full size fridge, icebox, two ring hob, smart tv, wifi & a cosy bed. There is outdoor space with picnic bench & a wood fired pizza oven. Old Parlour: Dog-lover’s peaceful/private caravan

Our static caravan is situated in the old parlour of our 16th Century home. Surrounded by beautiful views and countryside- it is quiet, private and rural. We are a little ‘off-grid’ - perfect place to read, see dark skies full of stars, have starlings swoop overhead and sleep in total peace. We are very dog and family-friendly here too- pets are allowed inside, there’s a private garden and access to a fully enclosed paddock to run around in off-lead/play footie. Kids are free to roam!
