We also have a sauna and a hot tub available on the premises There is Roku TV and WIFI in the cabin. You can sit on the front porch and enjoy the swing or rocking chairs and listen to the night sounds or chat with friends. You can also enjoy a campfire and cook over the open fire on our tripod grill. We have 2 other cabins and our cozy apartment listed.

Cozy three room studio just one block from the center of town. Within walking distance to the library, courthouse, museum, and several good restaurants and antique shops. Off the street parking right outside your door. Kitchen contains toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a small fridge containing bottled water. Considering our current environment, you can rest assured our studio is sanitized after each guest as well as linens and bedding. We do request that you do not bring pets.

This studio apartment has a queen bed with full walk-in closet. Towels and linens are provided. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.
