located in the heart of Morvan, close to the large Pannecière, Setons, Chaumeçon, St Agnan Lakes, a pleasure for fishermen, and for relaxation. You will discover beautiful landscapes all along the walks and tours. We can offer equestrian hikers a fenced area for the horses to rest, as well as a shelter for quads or motorcycles. The cottage is independent and has a fenced area. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet, a living room overlooking the terrace.

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.
