Nice house in a quiet residential area on the edge of the forest. 🏠 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and closet. Equipped kitchen Living room with large sofa, large TV, Wi-Fi. Large southwest terrace with bioclimatic pergola, barbecue, petanque court, deckchairs. Bicycles available, private access to bike path. Stores, restaurants, small shops nearby. Beach 30 min by bike. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This tastefully decorated 2 bedroomed guest house is hidden away in the forest. Making for a great peaceful getaway. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing and dinning. However, just 20mins from the beaches at either Contis, L'especier or Mimizan Plage, and 10mins from restaurants and commerces. You do need a car to get around. There is an option to use the outdoor spa (wood-burning hot tub and sauna) during your stay.
