The duplex apartment on the second floor (no elevator) has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels can be rented.

It is located 20 m from the "beach" of the pond that you will see from the window when you lean out. You will love its calm, its proximity to the beach, the short trips to restaurants and the shuttle to go to Sète.

In the heart of the village of Bouzigues and all its shops and restaurants (bakery, grocery store, tobacco press, hairdresser) but only 200 meters from the beach, we offer an outbuilding like a small house in the heart of our very wooded garden. You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.
