We accept date changes with similar durations up to 1 week before. The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with sea views of 180 ° thanks to a bay overlooking the beach + a bay overlooking Sète through the dining room. Relax in our fully renovated, air-conditioned penthouse, with its magnificent terrace overlooking the chapel, pond and Mont St Clair. You won't need your car anymore! You'll be just a stone's throw from the beach, the port and its restaurants, as well as the market halls, and Intermarché is just a 10-minute walk away. The duplex apartment on the second floor (no elevator) has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels can be rented.

You will love its calm, its proximity to the beach, the short trips to restaurants and the shuttle to go to Sète.
