Pretty panoramic villa, consisting of 2 small apartments in an exclusive setting, ideal for moments of relaxation immersed in nature and away from traffic but a short walk from the centre! THE STRUCTURE IS ACCESSIBLE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ONLY THROUGH A PRIVATE HILL WITH ABOUT 80 steps, therefore it is not suitable for children, the elderly and people with mobility problems. finding parking in Taormina is difficult in high season! therefore the CAR is NOT RECOMMENDED. POOL IS FOR EXCLUSIVE USE

Designer Villa overlooking Etna & Taormina

The villa is located at the foot of Mount Etna, but also a few km from the sea, Taormina and Giargini Naxos. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). The location is very strategic, due to its proximity to many tourist resorts. You will find yourself just 6 km from the beaches of Fiumefreddo, 20 km from Taormina, 20 km from the Alcantara Gorges, 5 km from Linguaglossa where there are ski resorts and 40 km from Catania.

A spacious living room features large panoramic windows offering views of the surrounding area. Two comfortable sofas and a glass coffee table are situated on a colorful tiled floor. Natural light fills the room, highlighting the wooden ceiling beams and tasteful artwork on the wall.

This luxury villa is located in the best area of Taormina's historic center. The roof terrace offers spectacular views of Mount Etna and the historic center. Corso Umberto, all the sights and the best restaurants in Taormina are in immediate proximity (a 1-5 minute walk). Parking at the fee is close by (200m away). The gondola to Mazzerò beach is only a 4-minute walk away. My villa is ideal for a stay without a car or weddings as all the churches and the Hotel Timeo are nearby.

The property was newly renovated in early 2024, and is in an absolutely predestined secluded location, on a small hill, just behind the last row of houses of the port city of Giardini Naxos. The villa was designed by a gifted European architect. Due to the large rooms and large doors and windows, the villa is very bright. From every corner you look at the sea & Taormina. The secluded yet close location to the center and sea is unique. Experience this dream.

Bright rooms facing south with a sea view. Modern furnishings, outdoor lighting with wrought iron lampposts. Ample parking on the property. Guaranteed tranquility and relaxation. Maximum privacy and availability for any need. About a km from the sea, the beach is really beautiful and clean, flying the blue flag. Upon arrival, guests will need to sign a lease. In any case, they will not have to pay any amount other than that already paid to Airbnb.
