In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Located in the heart of the Rance Émeraude Regional Nature Park, St-Malo (27 km), Cancale (29 km), Dinan (11 km), Combourg (18 km), Mont St-Michel (50 km), the Chevrettes gîte can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. Renovated in 2021, the cottage is an old forest house in the heart of the Coëtquen state forest. It is the ideal site, quiet, to enjoy your vacation in the heart of nature. For the joy of young and old, you will be greeted by your hosts and our herd of dwarf goats!

Upstairs: two bedrooms: one with a 160 double bed, and the second with two 90 single beds and the bathroom with bathtub and toilet (sheets not provided) South-facing terrace with garden. The house is on the main street of St. Pierre, so busy street😉, no Wi-Fi

Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.

Close to Dinan 15 min, Saint Malo 30 min, Rennes 30 min and 40 min from Mont Saint Michel. If you have needs such as a baby cot, raclette machine, barbecue….
