It is located on the Moselle in the middle of the countryside with the possibility to observe animals and hike in the garden. You can discover great restaurants as well as many wine cellars and vineyards. So my house is suitable for everything: business trips, city trips, active or recreational vacations. We warmly invite you to stay in our quietly located, spacious, and simply furnished vacation rental. It is for 3 (max. 4) For guests, on the 2nd floor, you will find: 2 bedrooms, an adjoining toilet, a small dressing room, and the covered balcony. On the ground floor, you will find: the bathroom with shower, the small, basic kitchen and adjoining room, the living room with couch and dining table, and the hallway. In addition, you can use a rustic terrace with an adjoining small natural garden.

Situated where the three countries Germany / Luxembourg / France meet. This spacious and quiet apartment with its private entrance through the garden, is surrounded by a rose hedge. The altitude of the small town of Kastel-Staadt offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. Small library, fireplace and parquet provide comfort. The hiking trail 'Kasteler Felsenpfad' starts almost at the doorstep. Good gastronomy in easy reach? Restaurant St.Erasmus in TRASSEM (ca. 4 km).

There are 2 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, 3 smart tvs up to 6 people. The green room is equipped with an electric bed of 160cm by 200cm. The blue room includes to choose from: 2 electric twin beds of 80 cm or a large double bed of 160 cm. The living room includes a high-end 160 cm by 200 cm convertible leather sofa.

From the living room, enjoy the view of the 3 Borders Country and more precisely Apach in the Sierck Country. You are on the Moselle Wine Route. Ideally located 500 m from Germany and 1500 m from Luxembourg. It is a semi-detached stone house of 115 m² habitable, 10 m² of courtyard including 5 m² of terrace and 44 m² of cellar. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Completely refurbished in 2023. Historically, you are in the old customs district.

You will simply enjoy the spectacular view of the Mosel region and the beautiful garden. Of course, you can feel free to go to the garden and enjoy the sun or the pleasant shadow under the trees. In the cold evenings you may choose either to enjoy the fireplace in the garden or in the flat.

We offer an approximately 100 m² vacation apartment for up to 3 adults in a quiet rural setting. From this location you can reach Luxembourg in about 35 km or the oldest city in Germany Trier at the same distance. A special highlight is the Saar loop with the treetop trail. From here, numerous hiking opportunities and also bike excursions along the Saar or the Moselle are recommended. The homeowners live on the first floor of the house.

Our apartment is located in the Niederleuken district. The following is close to the apartment: Saar bike path - approx. 150 m Saarburg - approx. 600 m Supermarket - about 900 m Bell foundry - about 1,000 m Boat dock (for boat tours) - about 1,300 m Waterfall - approx. 1,500 m Train station - about 1,600 m For excursions, the surrounding area includes the Saar Loop, Luxembourg, Trier and beautiful hiking/bicycle routes.

A total of 5 comfortable rooms are available, each with its own bathroom. Use the large communal kitchen to conjure up culinary delights and relax in the spacious garden with barbecue area. Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The apartment can accommodate up to four people with a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed and a smart TV. The apartment also features free Wi-Fi. In the kitchen there is a small cooking facility and in the wine fridge there is a small selection of our own wines. In the spacious bathroom there are two sinks and a shower.

The apartment entrance is located inside an active furniture workshop, so you may notice some light activity during the day. ⚠️ Friendly note: Pipe installation work near the entrance has been ongoing this week.
