It offers the perfect oasis for rest and relaxation in a spacious villa equipped with all the amenities needed for an unforgettable vacation. The villa has 6 modernly decorated rooms and sleeps 12 people. The villa overlooks Velebit, the green of the forest, and the sea can be seen from two rooms. It is suitable for a year-round stay as it has an indoor pool, a sauna, and a whirlpool.

Fabina

The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Apartment Rialto is a two-level apartment in a family house, located in the old town center near the town square and close to the beach. It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In front of the house there is a space covered with awning for sitting outside. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. The apartment has two air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom). Free private parking is 3 min away on foot. The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.
