35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views on the southern flanks of the Vercors. A stone's throw from downtown Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river you are in the countryside and the city! On the garden floor of our house, our entrances are close: you are quiet, but we are there if needed. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Green cottage (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recovery...)

Ideal for a vacation in this wine region at the foot of the Vercors, for nature and sports lovers. Hiking, biking, trail running or mountain biking enthusiasts will find happiness here. Village with all amenities and located 15 minutes from the city of Die. Winegrowers, our house is located in the heart of the AOC Clairette de Die and Châtillon-en-Diois. Very bright independent studio on one level. It is part of our house located upstairs. Studio always cool even in summer. Large covered terrace and stunning mountain views. Shade sail in case of high heat. Gas grill. 3 km from the listed medieval village of Châtillon-en-Diois. Hiking and swimming along the Bez and Drôme rivers. Community-run café-grocery store 200 m away in the village. For your baby under 2 years old, folding bed, highchair, small bath available.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Beds are made on arrival, towels included, as well as the big departure cleaning.
