River House has a private river front beach 15 minutes from Ukiah, in wine country. We have a hot tub, badminton court, and barbecue. The river is gentle. We have 6 kayaks, and 1/4 mile to kayak in. You are surrounded by wildlife. We can host more than 8 guests if some are happy on the couch or on a foam mattress on the floor. This is a place for family vacations, not a wild party house.

Casa Balena is the perfect family beach house, with amazing ocean views, large open space for valuable gathering times, and much more. Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated. Casa Del Mar Spectacular Ocean Views!

Casa Del Mar located in Unit 7 Block 5 Lot 8 in the Sea Ranch has spectacular ocean views and access to miles of hiking trails, three community pools and tennis courts, and wonderful beaches! It is an older, unique, rustic family retreat and has decks which offer beautiful views of the ocean. There are stairs so not recommended for young children or toddlers.
