The property sleeps 4; Consisting of a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. It has a fully functional kitchenette with small dining area. Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views.
