A breathtaking view of the northern Bohemian hills, immersed in the most authentic Czech countryside. A few steps from the woods, our guests can enjoy a private SPA and wellness. From the Jacuzzi they can enjoy the view of the private garden while sipping the wines that we produce ourselves. We also offer a breakfast service (buffet) to be booked at least 2 days in advance or on request (price not included in the cost for accommodation). The breakfast room is located 300 meters from the cottage.

Nabízíme k pronájmu mobilheim s možností parkování v krásné přírodě Kokořínska. Mobilheim je možno pronajmout pro 2 - 6 osob. K dispozici je s vlastníky možné využití bazénu či možnost grilování. Nádherná okolní příroda, množství kulturních a přírodních zajímavostí jako hrad Kokořín, Houska, Bezděz, Pokličky, Máchovo jezero, historické centrum Mělníka, muzeum aut v Mladé Bol. Přímo v Šemanovicích se v restauraci Nostalgická myš pořádají kulturní akce a je zde také menší muzeum divadla Semafor.

Surrounded by shops and restaurants, with easy access to trams leading to the Old Town. The house is situated in a big art garden full of stone and metal statues,other artifacts,next to the main house. Near Prague center. 2 minutes to a bus stop. Close to metro (subway) station. 20 minutes to the center of Prague. The house has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sleeping are is on the upper level of the house. Nabízím netradiční ubytování ve zcela nové maringotce anglického stylu "shepherds hut". Samotná maringotka je velká 6x 2,5m a k vybavení patří sprcha, bojler na teplou vodu, separační toaleta, dřez, indukční varná deska (v zimě lze vařit na kamnech- jídlo chutná na ohni perfektně :) ), lednička s mrazničkou, rozkládací gauč pro dva a velká postel 2,3x 1,7 m s futonovou matrací s chráničem. V krátké vzdálenosti je Jezero Lhota, skvělé na koupání. Autem cca 3 min.

Dům je součástí rodinného statku, kde jsou ustájeni koně. V rámci pobytu je možné poskytnout dětem zážitek ve stáji (svezou se na poníkovi, vyčistí si ho a nakrmí, vyfotí se s ním). Pro turisty je v okolí několik nádherných kopců (Raná, Oblík, Milá, zřícenina hradu Hazmburk). V okolí vesnice je spousta lesů, které se budou líbit houbařům. Pro cyklistické fanoušky poskytneme tipy na projížďky.
