The guest rents the whole house with their own entrance and lives there themselves. Bedroom with a double bed and two beds that are folded out of the sofa. Thick mattress. Family with more children can reach out to the host. The guest final cleaning. Bed linens are available but at a day's rent we see that the guest has with them. Otherwise, it costs SEK 100 per bed. Replaced directly to the host. Cleaning can be obtained against SEK 400. Paid to the host.

Bikes and canoe can be rented.

A summer house out of the ordinary! Peacefully isolated in a conservation area with more than 100 meters to the nearest neighbor. 10 meters from the lake with its own jetty and sauna. Swim, fish, BBQ or take an evening tour with the boat. Walk in the forest among the lambs or make your way down to nearby Nääs factories for shopping or a good dinner. Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Comfortable holiday house for 6 pers, just outside Uddevalla, in the heart of the Swedish west coast. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Separate guesthouse available. Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
