The cottage has two bedrooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The cabin is connected to another residence but is completely private, with its own entrance and patio. A wooden deck where there are 2 deckchairs, grill and dining table. The cottage is within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores.

Fantastic seafront cottage, 80 steps to sea and the most beautiful beach, a peaceful nature reserve. Only the moon and stars lighten up in the night. Well known for its rich fish and bird life. "This is a hidden place in Paradise!", according to one of our guests. Excellent living for nature lovers, only 12 minutes drive to touristic resorts Bastad and Torekov. Golfers reach four beautiful courses ten minutes away. If we are at home, we will serve you a full organic breakfast at a small charge.

Välkommen till denna nyrenoverade lägenhet belägen precis vid sanddynerna i norra Mellbystrand. Här bor du precis vid stranden nära restauranger, minigolf samt löpslingor och utegym i det närliggande naturreservatet. Lägenheten har fullt utrustat kök (ink diskmaskin), matplats, badrum med toalett och dusch samt ett sovrum med tre sängar (4 sovplatser). Lägenheten är nyligen renoverad förutom badrummet som är av äldre karaktär. Täcke och kudde finns men inte sängkläder eller handdukar.

Nyrenoverat, fullt utrustat kök (juni -24) som ansluter mot ett större vardagsrum med matplats och utgång till övertäckt altan. I vardagsrummet finns en stor bäddsoffa med god komfort, rymlig plats för två vuxna. Vid baksidans entré finns en stenlagd uteplats. Litet sovrum med familje/våningssäng, dubbelsäng nere och enkelsäng på överslafen. Helkaklat badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt område nära standen, restauranger och köpcenter.
