Accommodation with a view, in a peaceful and densely built neighborhood. Porch on the front and back. Sun from morning to evening, on sunny days. I would say it is a central location. Approx. 10 minutes from City South shopping mall. Approximately 15 minutes from Trondheim. By Road Good bus and train connections. You can park outside the house in the driveway, or in a garage with a small car. 20 minutes walk from Melhus city center, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and div. Vassfjellet is located behind the house, with great hiking opportunities.

Large apartment of 160m2, 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Access to garden and parking lot. A total of 10 beds, but several mattresses and baby cot can be inserted. The apartment is over 2 levels and well equipped with kitchenware, bed linens, towels etc. Rural, lovely, quiet surroundings. Close to nature, but at the same time central to the big city Trondheim. Free parking in courtyard. 10 min drive to shopping mall. 20 min car ride to Ski-VM in Granåsen. Melhus city center offers restaurant and cafe life, shops, wine monopoly and grocery. Possibility of additional beds . Baby crib from 0-3 years available on demand. Bed linen and towels are included, cleaning comes in addition of 500kr

Annex/Stabbur on 2 floors on the farm, about 60 sq.m.,built in 2011. Gårdstunet is located high and free at the top of Buvika , direct access to exit terrain and outdoor activities. 6 km from Buvika city centre, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city centre. Living room/Kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 room with single bed and writing desk, and 1 TV room. Bed covers/pillowcases/towels included. Guests clean before check out, cleaning is included(NOK 300.-)

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house contains four bedrooms. There are two double beds and a single, as well as a baby bed. The house has a large terrace with several seating groups and a lovely view. Short distance to Trondheim city center (20 km), and in addition, Granåsen ski center is only 17 km away. Right nearby is Vassfjellet Vinterpark (10 km) with a good alpine offer. There is also a light rail with opportunities for trips in summer and winter 300 meters from the house.
