Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

HOPE - Heated Lake home on beautiful Upper Silver Lake with TONS of room. The house is directly across the street from the lake’s private access. There is a fire pit, picnic table. The side deck is good for grilling. The house has all the amenities you need including Air-Conditioning. A full size washer and dryer, plenty of parking for dune buggies and trailers. The location is great. Secluded enough to relax, but close enough to all the action if you are up for it. Have NO PET POLICY.

It is 1/2 mile from Cedar Point County Park, close to ORV dune access, close to the 2540 acre Pentwater River State Game Area, with 7.5 miles of groomed cross country skiing and hiking trails. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
