Trucks and sedans are fine but any vehicle with a low profile isn't recommended

Property backs up to the Clarks Fork River so bring your rod. We are two blocks from the bike trail that runs to the college. We have bikes that you can borrow. We have tubes available to float the river. We also have camping mats, coolers, fishing rods, beach towels and chairs. We want to make your visit to Missoula AMAZING.

The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.
