Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in midtown Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our large open concept two bedroom, one bath home. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, lrg bathroom w/ tub + organic toiletries, ondemand water heater w/ heated floors in bath and mini splits throughout. NOTE: there is a separate downstairs APT. Shard laundry, fenced backyard, patio w/ seating and grill.

This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).

This upper level single bedroom flat plus a LOFT is the perfect stop (1 minute from I-90). Pass through or stay, work and explore. Open the huge sliding glass doors to Downtown Missoula and the surrounding mountain ranges. STEPS away from Downtown, Shopping, Restaurants, Cafés, Bars + Breweries, the Clark Fork River, Music + Sport Venues, Hiking, Biking. Prefer to stay in? Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Cabin has one queen bed on main “open” floor, 2 beds in loft, (one queen and one full). Loft has a sturdy built in ladder, not suitable for toddlers or little kids. Equipped with gas cook top, refrigerator, microwave, sink, bathroom w/ shower, tv (DVD's and ROKU). Situated approximately 5 miles from the Clark Fork River, and 1 mile from public Montana Government Lands (Pontoon boats available to rent for self-guided tours, please inquire.)
