It has 2 double rooms with single beds (1 on the ground floor) and 2 quadruple rooms (one includes a double bed), all air-conditioned. Full kitchen and 2 bathrooms with everything for guests. The accommodation La Tiendecita de María (it owes its name to the fact that this house was also used as a grocery store), is a cozy house, built in 1904 and currently renovated, keeping the essence of the typical Asidonese house, construction of stone walls and whitewashed together with its wooden beam ceiling, give it a high degree of comfort and warmth. Nestled in the emblematic Santiago neighborhood in the heart of the city's historic center and its monumental complex.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
