The comfortable apartment with private parking place is situated on the top floor of a chalet in a quiet part of the village with a bakery, supermarket and some restaurants/bars. Ideal situated to make a hike into the mountains, to ski or either to go to lake Geneva to visit Evian or the swiss cities Laussanne, Montreux and Geneva. Spacious apt with exceptional view

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Very nice 50 m2 2-room ground floor with terrace, bright refurbished, located on Boulevard de la Corniche, 15-min walk to the Thermal Baths or the city center and 20 minutes to the port of Thonon. The apartment consists of a bedroom-suite with 160 cm double bed, dressing room, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, separate toilet. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable dining area. The living room gives access to the terrace.
