Experience peace and nature in our 60 m² holiday apartment, ideal for couples or small families. The apartment is located above the garage in a separate house with views of the garden and forest. Krems is only 10 minutes away. The overnight stay tax in Lower Austria is € 2.50 per person and night from age 15 and is collected in cash on site

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Guest house "Casita Linda Krems-Süd"

We've been welcoming guests from all over the world in our little guesthouse in southern Krems (9km to City Centre!) since 2019. The guesthouse is located in our property, but it has it's own entrance and it's a few meters away from our home. There is a little arbor where you can sit outdoors . We tried to find the perfect mix between tradition and today's requirements to make our space cozy and comfortable. The house is fully equiped, even for longer visits. Have a nice stay!

Charming apartment in the heart of Krems-Stein: Located in a historic listed townhouse at the entrance to the old town, this stylish 60 m² apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Wachau. From 3 guests or on request, an additional bedroom with private bathroom is prepared, offering approx. 80 m² in total. Up to 6 guests can stay. University/college, restaurants, wine taverns, the Danube and sights are within easy walking distance. Families are very welcome.

Garden studio with kitchenette

Enjoy the quiet central location of the studio with a small garden and views of a typical Wachauer apricot garden. Vineyards invite you to hike, fill the picnic basket provided and discover the beautiful viewpoints in the surrounding area. The Danube Cycle Path is a few 100 meters away and above the Danube, Krems invites you with its cultural program. Relax in the hot tub after your excursions and end the evening with a good glass of wine in the garden.

In the middle of the historic old town of Krems-Stein, there is a bright and spacious old building apartment with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. A covered seating area on the veranda in the garden to cozy up, have breakfast or end the day with a glass of wine. In the middle of museums and culture, vineyards, Danube and hiking trails and as a starting point in the Wachau and Vienna. A guest tax of €2.60 per person per night is payable on-site.

Our newly renovated 90 m² house is quietly located close to the Danube and directly on the bike path. Krems can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The house has a very large living/dining area. A very large bedroom with a double bed and a couch that can be pulled out. There is also a desk in the bedroom. Through the bedroom you can reach the spacious bathroom - including a large rain shower, bathtub, and double sink. The toilet is separate.

Unique Treehouse + whirlpool tub + Infrared cabin

Fulfill a childhood dream – the overnight stay in the tree house between the treetops is unique, cozy and offers great views of the Kremstal. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. From the property, you can easily set off on a variety of excursions: to the Wachau, to Krems or to the Waldviertel. But the capital city of Vienna is also just an hour away.

Small practical apartment at Schürerplatz 4

The small apartment is located right next to the Danube, directly on Schürerplatz. Wine taverns, restaurants and shopping are all nearby. And for mountain bikers and hikers, it's a real experience in the Wachau, Senftenberg, Mautern... If you need a bike, you are welcome to use the blue and gray folding bikes in the back of the basement at your own risk. See photo. One night only bookable for 2 people.
