There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. From here, you can easily reach the city centre in around 16 minutes on the U3 underground line, of which the nearest station is a 3-minute walk away. The famous Schmelz and Meiselmarkt are also within walking distance. Shops for daily needs are just around the corner. Whether for a short or long stay, here you live on the sunny side of our beautiful city.

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Our cozy cottage from the 1960s has been completely renovated and lovingly furnished. It is idyllically nestled in a small settlement near the Vienna Woods and is easily accessible by bus line 52A, which runs every quarter of an hour from Vienna Hütteldorf (U4, rapid transit train, ÖBB). The house has 3 bedrooms with large double beds, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a fully renovated bathroom with large shower.

You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
