Our 3-bedroom home is 200 sq. meters (2153 sq. feet) large and is a marriage between traditional Japanese architecture and modern technology and comfort. The home is accessible from Tokyo and other major cities via the Shinkansen bullet train or Joshin-etsu Expressway.

広さ339㎡。元々はペンションだった建物をリフォームして、一棟貸しの宿にしました。 リビング・ダイニングは広々２５畳以上！ ソファーでも絨毯の上でも寝そべる事ができます。 ハンモックは２種類あります！ 中庭にはバーベキュー場があります。屋根（開閉式）付きなので雨の日も安心！ １Fにはフィンランド式サウナもあります！ 給湯器及びトイレは４台新品に交換済み！ また、この建物はバリアフリーです。１Fは玄関から１部屋を除いて段差がありません。 ＴＶは６５インチが２台。 また、暖炉で焚火が楽しめます。 お部屋は全部で１１室。 全部屋ベッド仕様で３１台。 ３部屋には部屋内にTVがあります。 そして大風呂は約25種類のミネラル分を持ち、生命力を高めるパワーストーン「ブラックシリカ」で濾過したお湯で温まれます。 お食事はバーベキューや鍋を楽しんで頂けるよう、カセットコンロを１２台ご用意。 網焼き、たこ焼き、鉄板焼きなど、アクセサリープレートも５種類。食器も豊富です。 洗濯機と乾燥機もあります。 標高1750ｍの環境で、春は新緑、夏は涼風、秋は紅葉、冬はスキーをお楽しみ頂けます。

You will be staying in a freestanding house surrounded by 120 hectares of quiet forest. The house is located inside a highland resort in the Yatsugatake area at an altitude of 1400 meters.Staying between the mountains and beautiful nature will revitalize you mentally and physically. A perfect place to relax. Access: 2 1/2 hours by train from Shinjuku by JR(chuo main line). (e.g. Shinjuku 13:00 → Kobuchizawa 15:00 (15:06) → Kiyosato 15:30. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the Highland railway.

この山小屋風別荘は、国立公園と国定公園に挟まれた自然環境保全地域に指定されているうぐいすの森別荘地の中にあり、自然環境豊かなプライバシーを保たれる一軒家です。 関越道佐久南ICから車で10分、北陸新幹線の佐久平駅から車で20分程で着きますので東京圏からのアクセスは抜群です。 交通至便な立地にありながら、うぐいすの森に一歩入ると、鬱蒼とした森の中に鳥の声だけが聞こえる別世界が広がります。 軽井沢佐久で人気のツルヤには車で15分位という立地で、生活の利便性が高い上に、軽井沢へも30分程度で行くことができますので観光にも便利な立地です。 近くにはたくさん美味しくてリーズナブルなお店もあり楽しみです。 また別荘地入口にサンピア温泉があり、車で30分以内のところに多くの日帰り温泉がありますので、温泉巡りも楽しみです。スキーやトレッキング、ゴルフなどのアウトドアスポーツの拠点としても便利な場所にあります。 敷地内には焚き火BBQエリアを備えています。森の樹々の緑は心から癒されることでしょう。朝、鳥の声で目覚める幸せを是非味わっていただきたいと考えます。
