Each day they have an unique and special light. It is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes away by car from Rota norte and Costa Ballena. It is essential to bring your own vehicle.

The sea in front of your window. I rent the most special part of my house, the front part that leads directly to the beach. This unique accommodation is unique and super exclusive, bordering the Coto Doñana (the so-called sticks) in front of the distance you see Sanlucar, Chipiona and Cádiz. It consists of a large bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, a living room with a 1.35m double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Has Wi-Fi The apartment is on the ground floor of a small development on one of Rota's main leisure and restaurant avenues.

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
