The complex has swimming pool available and some recreational areas. There is parking inside available. SJU airport is around 35 min away from Luquillo. The complex is nearby highways to visit El Yunque, local beaches, ferry or boat tours. Enjoy the East of the Island, the best area.

Come relax at this recently renovated condo in Luquillo. Located on the 2nd floor of a walk up complex. Purchased as a family getaway, due to many requests from friends and family, I decided to list it on Airbnb so others can experience the beautiful and peaceful town of Luquillo. Located 35 minutes from San Juan airport, steps from Playa Azul, few minutes from the Luquillo kiosks and not far from El Yunque or Bio Bay or the ferry it’s a perfect location to explore the east side of the island.

This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view from the balcony in Tower I. It has high speed internet, 2 Smart TV's, air conditioners, washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen. It is 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and Old San Juan. On the first floor of the building is the Brass Cactus restaurant/bar, extremely convenient with excellent food and drinks. Apt is across the main road from a supermarket, fast foods and restaurants. Wonderful ocean front one bedroom condo. At beautiful Playa Azul, Luquillo, Puerto Rico! It is a perfect central location with much to do. We have a beach, a rainforest, golf, sailing, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, and much more. A place for everything!! Just READ my reviews from my past guests. They say it ALL!! And YES, it's just like the pics... UPDATE ‼️ We have TWO NEW ELEVATORS and they will start revamping the outside of the building in the up coming months.‼️

Incredible, Romantic Getaway! Beach front condo

Our amazing condo, is on the 20th floor. It is clean, modern and inviting for single travelers or an amazing romantic getaway for couples. It is also close to many attractions including a surf beach, Kioskos (restaurants), El Yunque rain forest and the Bio Bay. It is the perfect combination of adventure and relaxation. The most difficult decision is whether to enjoy the panoramic view from the balcony or waltz to the soft sandy beach below.
