The house has been refurbished for more comfort, it is located at the foot of the quiet Black Mountain, 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible near the accommodation. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in summer in Castres, Mazamet. The Duck Shed shares the two hectares green space with the main farmhouse, outbuildings and numerous large trees. The building is self sufficient, designed for two people but with a convertible double sofa in the living area. It is clad with beautiful old walnut planks and is a picture of serenity. The decor is simple and characterful, modern with warmth and charm.

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).
