There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Nel centro storico di Marradi, ma in zona tranquilla con strada stretta e percorsa solo dai residenti, trovi una palazzina di due piani al piano terra abitiamo io e mia moglie al primo piano trovi airbnb cielo e terra e di recente ristrutturazione una mansarda composta da 2 ampie camere matrimoniali un piccolo disimpegno dove puoi fare colazione e un bagno piccolo ma attrezzato di tutto, doccia, WC, lavandino e scopino idraulico, Wi FI free, parcheggio privato e ampio giardino adiacente la casa
