It consists of 164 square meters, distributed in 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a covered terrace and another uncovered. It also has a recreation area with a barbecue, wood-burning oven, and a rustic table. It has 2 double bedrooms and also a sofa bed, the kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, induction stove and kitchenware. It has a Smart TV.

Both houses are completely independent and have their own entrances and services, with parking and the pool being the only shared areas. Therefore, privacy is guaranteed.

The chicken coop used to be here. But there's almost nothing left to see of it. The rock walls create a pleasant microclimate and the large windows let in a lot of light and also overlook the slope. You can relax on the terrace and after an eventful day, the rain shower awaits in the wellness oasis. The "chip" can also be changed quickly by car. 15 minutes to the beach, 25 to Las Palmas and 30 to the south.
