Bring the family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great year round, whole house AC in the summer, heat and fireplace in the winter. Outdoor swings around a huge firepit. Steps to the lake. Fishing! Water rights, the boat ramp is one house away. Ten minutes to Havana for restaurants, shopping, river access. Dixon Mounds is 20 minutes north. Forty-five minutes from Peoria and one hour from Springfield. The sunsets and the peace and quiet are worth the stay. Pets are allowed, $75.

Three kayaks, in shades of blue and green, are anchored on a sandy beach alongside a tranquil lake. Sunlight reflects off the water's surface, and trees provide gentle shade along the shoreline.

You will have full access to your own private, sandy beach (directly behind the home) with amazing sunset views and great fishing. We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

The living room has a patio door with small concrete slab sitting area with a view of a barn; and a dining room ( round oak table with 4 oak chairs).
