Completely renovated and interior designed to highest levels of comfort and luxury in authentic ancient Italian village setting. Very private. Use of whole house (except cellars) with private entrance. Amazing lake views from all rooms including iconic bathtub for two. 2 terraces. Fireplace. Great space for remote working. Free street parking a few mins walk. (Heavy suitcases not recommended).

Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each. Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). Oleandra , è una piccola villa con 3 appartamenti , edificata negli anni 70 e ristrutturata completamente nel 2020 ,è stata studiata per offrire (da ogni appartamento) una vista impagabile del lago con uno spazio sul terrazzo fronte lago all' aperto per godersi una colazione o un pranzo in pieno relax. La strategica posizione tra Como e Bellagio rendo facili le escursioni sul lago . In 20 minuti proseguendo con la macchina sulla strada principale si arriva a 1.000 metri di quota .

Ci si può arrivare in auto, fino ad una distanza di circa 70/80 metri. L La stazione più vicina è quella di Como Lago. In 15 minuti a piedi affrontando una piccola salita sei a casa.
