Es gehörten auch kostenlose Parkplätze dazu. Das grosse Grundstück ist vollumfänglich umzäunt. Der grosse Sitzplatz mit Feuerschale zum Grillieren darf in Absprache genutzt werden (Partys mit Absprache / mieten beider Wohnungen). Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, für sehr viele Aktivitäten, Winter, Sommer.

Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

The Feldis-Veulden cable car and the Rhine meadows are almost right outside the door. Numerous other ski resorts and attractions are located nearby.

The apartment below us is ideal for families with children whether big or small or people with disabilities as it is very large, and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace to the rear invites you to a cozy dinner or just to wind down a bit. You can take beautiful walks directly from the apartment into the forest to the river. The playground & pump track is a 5-minute walk away. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the neighboring village.

My place offers a good starting point for various activities for hikers, boulderers, bikers, families or people looking for relaxation and wellness. In 2 minutes' walk you are in the village center and thus by public transport. You'll love my place because of the quiet location with the direct, beautiful view of the Hinterrhein and the mountain landscape. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with 2 kids.

Portein is in a sunny location in the magnificent hiking area and with many attractions such as the Viamala or the alpine town of Chur.
