We are only 2km off the Bruce Highway on 26 acres. With lots of space, plenty of wildlife including our mob of kangaroos, our place is a great place to take time out on your journey to other places, or just enjoy the area. In the country yet very central, with Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Childers 25-30 mins drive, or Burrum Heads & Toogoom beaches 15-20 mins drive. This is a spacious self contained 2 bedroom unit under main house with all the comforts of home. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry/bathroom, large lounge/dining room with largeTV and Blue Ray DVD. There is a queen size bed and 2 single beds and a portable cot. There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.

The Cottage has one bedroom with a queen bed, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen, with a gas BBQ on verandah. Its suitable for a small family. It has Air-con. The farm has a herd of cows and some cultivated fields. There is a kilometer of Mary River frontage with bird, rare lungfish, frogs and platypus. There are large areas of scenic bush walking. Our place is dog friendly, but prefer the dog to stay outside in the secure enclosure on verandah.

A country home on our rustic acre. A basic hotel-style room for you behind(but connected to) our house, neat & tidy with its own bathroom & walk in wardrobe, & its own separate entrance. Two minutes off the highway, & a 3 minute drive from Tinana shopping centre. It has a queen size bed, a single bed, some basic cooking facilities(see pics), and a flat screen TV. The setting is a rustic country acre with chickens, a food forest, and a dam.

It is only a leisurely 5 min stroll to the beach, cafes, and a 10 min stroll to the Urangan Pier. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. There's plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a covered outdoor patio. Your 4-legged family members are also welcome. The property is fully fenced, we just request they are kept outside to help maintain the house to a high standard. Woodgate also has a dog friendly beach.
