Beautiful old house on two floors, currently restored, with careful decoration down to the last detail. It is located next to the 15th century church and the remains of the 13th century tower. Lahiguera is a small olive-growing village with an exceptional and peculiar Semana Santa. Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Agua caliente por gas natural. Wifi y smart TV con Netflix. Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Fabulous house under the alhambra, old mill with an age of over 300 years although it is fully rehabilitated, the house is located next to the romantic bridge of Darro race, a magical place to enjoy your stay in Granada.
