Charming independent accommodation located on the ground floor of an 18th century house, in the town center, 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne). It consists of 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (about 75 m²). Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Child-safe swimming pool (8 x 4 m), shared with the owners. It is reserved exclusively for hosted tenants. (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

Studio with mezzanine

Independent studio of 27 m2 located in a wooded and peaceful park. We would like to point out that the room is on the Mezzanine with a fairly steep staircase access (see attached photo). Possibility of walking around a large pond or we provide a boat for a relaxing moment on the water. 3 min drive from Beaulieu sous la Roche (bakery, convenience store...), 25 min from Les Sables d 'Olonne and its beaches, about 20 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and 1 hour from Puy du Fou

Quiet in a village close to amenities, you will relax on your private terrace with a secure parking space. The accommodation is fully equipped and recently renovated. 15 min from the sandy beaches of Olonne and Bretignolles sur mer and 20 min from Saint Gilles Croix de Vie; the Lac du Jaunay in the town offers beautiful walks. Puy du Fou 1 hr 20 min away. Bedding and towels included from 2 nights. A possible supplement of €20 for one night at your request.
