Numerous terraces, rooftop, swimming pool, and landscaped garden. Swimming within walking distance at the bottom of the house. Calanque access limited to residents only during the summer. Small restaurant of pizzas/fish 5 minutes' walk away. Aix TGV 30 mins away. Train station in the Calanque (Blue Train) with direct access to Marseille for 30 minutes.
