A quiet place and typical house with nice garden, 100m from the church, heart of the village. Perfect for family with children. You will discover the charming seashore as well as enjoy a cozy house and lovely garden. We will give you advice for nice walks or visits, and also for the best fish and seafood restaurants. Several maps will be available to you. You will safely leave bicycles, strollers, golf clubs or whatever in the garage. English spoken, Hablamos espanol.

Located in the heart of the village in a quiet cul-de-sac, a pleasant fully renovated house will welcome you. Just 10 minutes from La Rochelle, 5 minutes from Golf de la Prée, 5 minutes from the ocean, you are perfectly located to discover the treasures of Aunis. Shops are a 5-minute walk away and it will take you twice as long to get mussels, oysters and seafood at Port de la Pelle. You can also visit an ostrich farm and enjoy a giant omelette!

180 m² single-storey house to enjoy your reunion with family or friends, with a large enclosed garden of 800 m² with terrace, sunbathing, dining area, etc. Nearby you will discover the oyster and mussel port, the seaside walking trail, not to mention the surroundings with the islands (Ré, Aix, Olerons) the Poitevin marsh,... For the July and August season, bookings will be made on a weekly basis as well as for the school holidays.
