The Yates cottage is great for couples, families, dogs (with a single $150 pet fee), joggers, walkers, bikers, fishers and boaters. You will be welcomed with freshly-made beds, towels and a full kitchen with Keurig and Rachel Ray cookware.

The small bedroom houses twin bunk beds and a stacked washer/dryer. Enjoy an open kitchen/dining area and comfortable living room. The location is great for fishing, water sports, biking, and dog walking. Pets (two or less) are allowed with a single $135 pet fee.
