Within a large wooded and quiet park, they provide you with a large living room on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, all served by a large corridor. House of 130 m2 located 1h30 from Paris. 6 bedrooms including an extra bedroom in the attic. 12 beds, or even 14 with 2 floor mattresses (available). Large 4500 m2 garden. Above ground swimming pool 10mX5m. Table tennis table, soccer balls, net for volleyball / badminton, speedminton, basketball hoop, swing, children's game attic, darts game, pétanque. Wifi, internet, large screen TV, DVD, Wii, Netflix. Pool: Only open between June 15th and September 15th.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.
