Full of rustic charm yet with modern appliances and utilities, including large walk-in shower with toiletries and gated parking. Surrounded by agricultural countryside with rolling fields of sweetcorn, wheat and sunflower fields when in season. 40 minute drive to Bergerac & 1 hour to Bordeaux Guests are welcome to use the 12m pool which is in the grounds of the main house.

This is Cawsand Cottage in the Dordogne countryside- one of two luxury self catering cottage’s exclusively for adults. Rustic charm meets Parisian style in this superb two-bedroom cottage with en-suite bathrooms, a large living area and a spacious terrace; the perfect space to enjoy breakfast or a BBQ with a glass of wine. Access to a shared, heated pool (only shared with one other gite) and set in large tranquil grounds. Close to big towns such as Laliande and many tourist attractions.

J'ai eu le coup de coeur pour ce petit coin de paradis à 2 pas du Bordeaux historique ! Dans cet immeuble familial typiquement bordelais, nous vous confions notre nid chaleureux, convivial et authentique, à l'esprit Arty et brocante, agrémenté d’un charmant patio bohème et paisible. La rue est tranquille et lumineuse, pourtant à 300m de la gare, du tram, des restos et commerces. Ma place de parking est aussi à vous, sur réservation. Bienvenue dans votre cocon bordelais !

This lovely gite is above all very calm and comfortable with a boutique feel. Your gite overlooks the gardens and a court yard with beautiful views and has a use of the land, swimming pool, garden with trees, a place for picnics and relaxation for you. Located within walking distance to the scenic village of Tremolat in the Dordogne, and immediate vicinity of the historic center and its amenities, Bars, restaurants, French market, are accessible in 8-10 mins on foot.
