In the outbuilding of a charming Chartreuse 17th century, entire appartment including a large bedroom with double bed, a kitchen, a dining room, an office with a sofa bed two places and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ground floor on a century old park of two hectares with swimming pool. Overlooking the beautiful and very famous bastide town of Eymet in the south of Dordogne, this place will bring you charm and tranquility.

Air-conditioned attic

This attic, converted in 2020, above my main accommodation, has completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, primarily (sunbeds and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced courtyard, even a large construction van. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
