Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. Sörängen

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Welcome to Lugnet 16 – a charming 1930s house in Strömsbergs Bruk, Tierp. Enjoy the tranquility of a lush garden with berry bushes and apple trees. Nearby are a swimming jetty, playground, historic buildings, craft shop and a cozy café. Nice walking trails and mushroom and berry picking in the forest. The house has two bedrooms plus an extra bed. Living room, kitchen and dining area with stoves in both the kitchen and living room. Perfect for relaxation, with proximity to Tierp Arena, Furuvik, beaches and farm shops.

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice guest house of about 25 sqm with a loft (low ceiling height) with 3 beds and a sofa bed for two in the living room. With a glassed patio and a porch, the living space will be twice as large. Lillstugan has two beds. Good equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is amazing with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sunbathing, or to borrow our two canoes for a trip out into the bay. Enjoy good dinner, barbecue and at the same time watch the sun go down.

Go on a day trip to Furuviksparken or maybe play golf in Örbyhus. On a hot day, you can also take the car 10 minutes to Örbyhus outdoor pool. Enjoy the beautiful nature with berries and mushrooms.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. A separate apartment in a larger house from the beginning of the 20th century with old-fashioned charm. There are in total four vacation apartments. Strömsberg is a unique village with a heritage of centuries of ironworks. There is small river where you can go of a swim, and there is a summer-open café. This is a quiet place where you can enjoy peaceful surroundings, but don´t expect much tourist services. Sheets and towels can be rented.
