Mönsheim: Located in the middle of the picturesque Heckengäu - protected, some say "a little hidden," in the romantic Grenzbachtal. The outdoor swimming pool is within walking distance of the house. Shops for everyday needs can be found in the town center, including a café in the mill shop. It is only minutes to the A8 highway connection.

A wide balcony door leads to a terrace with seating and you can enjoy the km-wide distant view from here.

Stuttgart city center is only 15 km away. Stuttgart Airport is also only 15 km away. (15 minutes by car) near Sonnenhaus is the thermal spa Böblingen (2.4 km)

From the living room in the pointed floor and one of the bedrooms, you can look out into the forest and the Mühlbach (Zaber) ripples directly past the house.
