Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as a south-facing terrace. The upper floor has a bedroom, kitchen and living room with TV and fireplace, balcony in southeast location and a bay window overlooking the river Lagan. Grocery store and downtown are 2 kilometres away. A comfortable base for both relaxation and excursions. The house is not accessible. Welcome to book!
