Our secure working farm is home to horses, mini donkeys and cattle. A tree lined driveway leads to your private retreat. This apartment is located inside the famed Kemp House. The Kemp house, circa 1938, is a Tudor Revival home, built for T.J. Kemp an agent for the Sinclair Refining Company during the 1930s. This large residence is noteworthy for its brick detail and half-timbering. Originally a single-family residence, it eventually because a boarding house in the 50s and 60s-renting rooms weekly. Later it housed retail stores, a coffee shop, and The Blue Heron Gallery. This space was used as an Art Gallery.

The large backyard has lots of space and privacy! Established in 1821, Micanopy is the oldest inland town and the town that time forgot. Convenient to both Gainesville and Ocala via I-75 and SR 441.
