The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. È una piccola casa con 2 camere, una sala, un angolo cottura e un bagno. Da delle scale esterne potrete raggiungere il solarium, arredato con tavolo, sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Sotto la casa, con accesso da delle scale esterne, c'è la mia zona lavanderia che userò nel massimo rispetto dei miei ospiti. La corte esterna è in comune e, nei periodi di alta stagione, ospiterà 2 delle nostre auto.

Puo’ accogliere 4 persone nella camera con bagno e nei 2 letti singoli della zona giorno. All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
