The main residence has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4) and a separate guesthouse with 2 extra beds — ideal for friends or family who want a little more privacy. The garden with seating areas, terrace and private swimming pool offers plenty of tranquility. Moraira and Jávea are 10 to 15 minutes away by car.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. La playas más cercanas son las extensas playas de arena de Calpe que se encuentran a unos 15-20 minutos en coche y la ubicación centrada del pueblo te permite tener la mayoría de playas como Jávea o Denia a menos de 30 minutos.
