A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x190 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. On your terrace, your private jacuzzi invites you to relax in 37°C water and enjoy a privileged view of nature. The apartment is new. We thought of it and prepared it carefully. It is located in the city center. Bakery, florist, restaurant, pharmacy, butcher, press, tobacco, hairdresser, etc… on the street. 3 min walk to the market and Parc du Bout du Monde (games and goats). A 10-minute walk from the swimming pool and towpath. Bike garage. 35m2. We are nearby if needed. We hope you'll be fine!

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the floor of our dwelling house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, market halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French billiards available for your use. Our place is great for couples and all guests.

House rental of 50 m2 with 1 bedroom plus 1 sofa bed with 2 beds in the living room. Terrace with garden and levee. The minimum rate for 2 people includes bed linen for the room as well as 2 hand towels. Attention, we add bed linen for the sofa bed only when the accommodation is booked from 3 people.
