Charming and modernized little house at the heart of the Maridalen valley. Perfect for city and field holidays. 15 minutes drive to civilization or 20 minute train ride to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Quiet and urban penthouse right on the river and forest

Warm and sunny penthouse with a view towards the Akerselva river and the greenery around. Quiet and close to nature with nice hiking opportunities right outside the door and swimming opportunities in the river nearby. 9 minutes walk to bus 54 that goes directly down to Oslo city center. The bus ride takes about 25 minutes. Grocery stores, cafe and restaurant at Frysja which is 2 minutes away. Free guest parking for 2 days below the apartment. Ideal for study, work and relaxation! Close to bathing places in the Akerselva river and trips in the field. Access to elevator and roof terrace. Kafè, Menu, Pharmacy, Sushi and Evo right down on street level. Free parking in nearby streets. Bus stop for line 54 to Oslo city center and 25 to Majorstuen in the immediate vicinity. Line 51 to Maridalen, 6 min up the hill. Double bed: 180 cm 2 extra mattresses are available.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, elegant place. When you enter the door, you'll be in the living room. With private balcony and fireplace. A sofa and queen bed. Take the stairs down to get to the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen counter is quite small, but it has an induction top and oven. The apartment is suitable for one to two people who want to be close to hiking terrain and ski slopes. Nice starting point for nature walks. At the same time only 30 minutes from Oslo city center with museums and restaurants.

The apartment is in a central and popular area on the 4th floor, next to the Storo center. Short distance to public transport and city amenities. The stay includes apartment and shared rooftop terrace. Garage space in closed garage with charger for electric car is also included. Double bed in bedroom plus guest bed that can be laid out in living room. The apartment is also used by me and contains personal items. Make no noise by 11 pm in the building. Partying and smoking indoors is not allowed.

Oslo, Beautiful apartement for two (+)

The apartement is all new - it’s on the 9th floor with a beautiful view. 1 minute to foodstore, 3 minutes to the subway. (T-bane) The T-bane takes you to the center of Oslo in 13 minutes. Close to NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and the Sogn student ‘city’ UIO. Also to the lovely forest Nordmarka and the beautiful lake Sognsvann, where you can go swimming or ice-skating. Safe and quiet area. Feel free to inquire if preferred dates are marked as blocked. I might be able to reschedule .

Leiligheten er et romslig loft. Her er detaljene designet av nordiske arkitekter, i en skandinavisk stil for koselige kvelder og arbeid. Stuen er stor og luftig med sofa og spiseplass. Her er det loftsvinduer og autentisk treverk i taket og heltre gulv. Soverommet er romslig med en stor komfortabel seng og en praktisk kjøkkenkrok. Alt du trenger skal være tilgjengelig :) Arbeidsrommet er godt designet for fokusert arbeid med bærbar pc eller lesing. Bøker tilgjengelig for å lese. Velkommen!

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this tranquil place by the sea. Surrounded by tall pine trees in the base floor of our architecht drawn house. Everything you need inside, and nature just outside the door. A rocky path leads to the private jetty with a rowing boat at your disposition. Within a 20 minutes drive you will reach Kolsås, Sandvika, Høvikodden and Oslo, and by public transport Oslo is within an hour. Central location with bus and tram stop right outside the door. 12 minutes to Oslo S/Jernbanetorget.
