It accommodates 4 people, 2 in a double bedroom, and 2 on a sofa bed in the integrated living room. It has a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and whirlpool. Externally, in a shared area, there is a multipurpose kiosk, a 2,000 m2 garden area, a fire pit, a heated swimming pool (v obs.) and a lookout point for the mountains.
